I know someone who has had this happen.Once replaced get hold of some waterproof (amalgam?) tape must be for satellite use.If the LNB is wet you could bring it indoors and let it dry (slowly) for a couple of days or buy one at Lidl for £3.99 (available this week if you hurry).Once dry refit and if you want to recable and the cable follows a complex path the easiest way to do this is strip back both old and new cable to the centre copper core. Twist them together (make each into a hook and lock them. Tape them together well and then just pull the new cable through slowly using the old cable. once in position cut off the used bit and fit the F connector as usual.Hope this helps.</blockquote>
