We know the limiting factor of satellites is normally the station keeping  fuel AND that the "space tug" concept has been successfully demonstrated twice.I predict a space tug mission or two  to extend the lives of whatever is still needed for 28E. Far far cheaper for SES to do that rather than spend hundreds of millions of $$ building and deploying new satellites that would never make back their development costs as satellite delivery winds down.</blockquote>
