Is there anyone that can help regarding the sky uk channels. I am not seeing all the channels including the hd. Ex of channelas are: crime, family, horror, and much more others. Do I need to do something on the MD800 HD PVR?

What size dish are you using?

Astra 2D (most BBC, ITV etc) in Malta requires something around (or over) the 2m mark.

But, if you do have a big enough dish, then it may be an alignment issue as some of your problem Channels are from Eurobird at 28.5E.

The Channels are spread across Astra 2 at 28.2E and Eurobird at 28.5E.

Of the Astra birds, 2D is focussed on the UK and needs a big dish in many parts of Europe (If it can be received at all).

Big dish = narrow beamwidth, so a big dish aligned to 28.2E may struggle with 28.5E.
