Sky wireless remotes ?

I'm sure I asked this a few years back, but can't find anything from the archives.

Is there anyone that provides a wireless remote or a plug in module to work on a Sky box ?

Customer has a listed building, and a amplified tap system installed, there is very little chance of getting another cable through to the room where he would like to have some chance of changing channel.

Will a Powermid remote extender not work?

I haven't tried one on this house, but from past experience I couldn't get them to work much beyond 20metres through standard brickwork.
