skybox dead?

hi everybody i dont now if somebody can help me with this problem i have. since today on the front panel of my box ( pace 2600 ci ) all the lights are on i unplug the box blug it in again and still the same and there is no picture any idea anybody?

Well what were you doing to create the situation? it is unlikely to have occurred all by itself. Were you carrying out a forced update? Where are you situated? what size dish do you have, how long has the system been installed and working? Has the dish moved or been knocked?

Sounds like it crashed during a software update.

Have you tried a forced update? Unplug power, hold in the backup button on the box and plug back in, holding untill all the lights come on - as they were for you before, but this time the software might update it then it would reboot (and work perhaps) after around 10 mins.

Only do this if you have good reception of Astra 2 north beams :)
