Hello

Welcome to the forum humber44

I am afraid you are about 3 years too late for anything worth watching on 13 East with the aid of keys, almost everything is secure now

Hi Topper,

Thanks for the welcome and your answer, so is there other ways of watching locked channels like with a cam etc or a patched box

Thanks

Humber

No there is only card sharing left in general terms as everything is secure now and it is suspected card sharing will soon be dealt a blow for UK viewing anyhow

Eurosport is broadcast in English on 11240 V 27500 3/4 (ESP Cyprus), and encoded in Irdeto (amongst others), the Irdeto Caid is 0604.
In theory you could download the plugin Wincsc and put it in your plugins folder. To test this you would have to search for a "Free cardsharing" server with Caid "0604", then enter the parameters into Wincsc. This would be for educational purposes of course, but I've got an inkling it might work.
Effectively you would be connecting to someone else's legitimate card over your internetwork.

I'm not sure if yankse requires an additional dll in your dvb viewer root directory, personally I would scrap it (if you can't get it to work). I would download "Freepack 2.1", this has S2Emu and V_Plug bundled with an auto updater, so any keys - if available will be updated. The plugins should be accessible from the plugin tab on your viewer. I'm not that familiar with dvbviewerTE, so I can't really comment too much (I use DVBdream - because it configures codecs automatically). To use Wincsc just click on Wincsc > monitor then 'add' the server details.

It's best to leave setup4pc installed. In DVBDream select options > video > Auto graph - if anything is pink then change it using the drop down tab.
If you haven't got a codec pack installed then now would be a good time to install one. Make sure DVBdream is closed when you do, then the codecs should be automatically found by DVBDream. Cyberlink is a good video codec, Nero will do 4:2:2 transmissions (for feeds), and intervideo is a good audio codec that doesn't appear to have any issues (so far as I'm aware).

Might be a good idea to reinstall Skystar from scratch (drivers, Setup4PC), then DVBDream and emu plugin.

Hi folks, i have installed two or three free servers and input all the parameters some do not state what caid it is,but even the ones that do come up with an error when you add the port and when up look in the monitor the bottom two boxes right at the bottom say disconected and no server, are the servers dead may be? where is a good site to look,Thanks Humber

When you enter the parameters in Wincsc and add a port, you should be able to "Get CardData", this identifies if a server is active, and it's Caid's / encryption method. If the server is disconnected then the server is either not valid or not active for the channel / channel Caid you have selected.
A tip: in DVBDream, right click on the channel > channel properties, select a 'CA Type' that is the same as your server's Caid. If it's valid it should connect.
A search engine should find free servers, unfortunately you won't find that data on here.
