I would download "Freepack 2.1", this has S2Emu and V_Plug bundled with an auto updater, so any keys - if available will be updated. The plugins should be accessible from the plugin tab on your viewer. I'm not that familiar with dvbviewerTE, so I can't really comment too much (I use DVBdream - because it configures codecs automatically). To use Wincsc just click on Wincsc > monitor then 'add' the server details.</p></blockquote><p></p>
