Can anyone advise where I can obtain the limit switches for an smr 1224 H-H mount?
My CM 1.2 dish will only move west, and I have tracked the fault to one of the actual switches

One of the switches clicks when pressed, but the other is just moving in and out without the click.

I already tried that but there are so many different types. Not sure which to buy so was hoping someone might know.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Post a picture, though most switches of that era have the part number on the casing.

Apart from the clicking or not-clicking:
Have you confirmed that the motor runs again to the east, when you (test-wise!) short the concerned switch+diode?
So that the switch was really the only cause?

It's not a difficult check, so that is what I would do fort a test. Or maybe you have done it already?

That is quite standard for the era. Any Taiwanese actuator supplier will have them
Found these but they have 3 prongs. Can the middle one be ignored ?

Yes, was flicking the switch in and out and when I tried turning the dish it went both ways again for a short while, but has since packed in again.

Yes.
You need only the contacts for "normally closed". The third contact is for "normally open".

Thanks for that info.
Will measure the switches tomorrow and if they are the same as the ones advertised will buy them.
