From the obscure make and your location, I would guess your stb may be setup for a card share and your server is down or you have not paid your card share subscription. Is the stb connected to the internet?

My receiver is exwave x5000. The problem is stopping get the free channels, but the receiver still working anyway. I need help

note :-
the remaing channels ( art - showtime -... etc ) was ok till yesterday
2- it was working without any pepaid card , only conncted to the internet

My exwave receiver cannot get the channel which is blocked, internet connection is working fine, i can ping the receiver ip address also, can anybody tell me from which site i can download the new software for exwave x5000 receiver software

If it is set up for card sharing then contact the people that set it up.

there is no card setup, there is network site setup, just want to know what is the new username & password and to which server to attach.

Its a hard wired card share system - it gets its keys from across the internet. Contact your supplier - no-one else can help you.
