For comparison I take Amiko Alien 2 Triple receiver e-head is selling for 150 GBP + 21 postage, this receiver is available in the the local shops for 133 GBP _http://www.pult.lv/product/amiko-alien-2-triple/ and if you ask in the shop, they usually agree to give discount about 10%, so the total price would probably be about 120 GBP.
Of course, if speak about items which are unavailable (at least I did not see them) in local shops, than, yes, worth to buy.

Some of these items are quite rare to find elsewhere, like the UK. I couldn't find the Channel Master feedhorn locally so this was a very good alternative.
