Isn't it circular polarization - R instead of V (tp.38 Lyngsat, Satcodx)?

It is, you are correct :)
I'm just saying the data, which is showing on my Dreambox :)
Because Dreambox doesn't have R - only H or V. After data, which I have wrote here, you can find this channel on manual scan, if you are living within Russia beam from 36E.

O.K. Can't find with 1.2m here in Varna. Perhabs more than 1.5m is needed.
