Thanks for that. I have already contacted Freesat help and waiting replyIt says to contact them if you continue to hear unexpected noises, there's a link on the link I posted above.

Is it a PVR box with a hard drive?Thanks for reply. I have read this but the squeaking has been going on for 3 days now. Surely the box should be updated by now.
