SR-X4000D Upgrade problem

hi
i upgraded my reciever and now i cannot find old channel, even if enter frequence manually.
i cannot upgrade or flash with another patch.
softeware error is:

If you did not backup your existing channels then you may have lost all your channel set up. From what I can see from the pics (which you are advised to upload to our server) you have been upgrading the bootloader not the firmware.
Are you using a null modem as those kind of messages are often received if you are using the wrong serial upgrade cable.
A null modem cable has connections as per picture

hi
i upgraded my reciever with following patch
sw_V1.3.7_23Jun2009.rar
now, i can not find old usual channel by search even when add frequency!
i could not upgrade with another patch!except above patch

There is no support for this type of stb anymore support stopped last year.
