srt strong 4350?????

hello I have been needing aid, I had strong srt 4350 for 3 years and encounter nothing not to be able to update firmware to him, have another one strong 8100 but this model if I have it actuliazado for all the platforms and can put keys with the control, somebody that knows to something of the model srt4350 like changing firw.o that type of cable uses? if the one of model 8100 is he himself who, thanks…
