Hi. I am writing to you hoping you may be of assiantance
I have a Star Track 2100CE reciever.
It was working fine until I wiytched the computer off at the bacl of the machine and turned it back on. (I have done this before without problems)
Whe I turned it back on the receiver has reset itself and I have lost all channels.
Information settings are:
Model: 2100CE
Software Version: $STKA6800S841CNpnc
Database version: 00008209
Bootversion 017:1 [STKS841CN]
The auto scan does not retreive any Hotbird Channels. I can pick up other statelight channels but I am mainly interstsed in Hotbird BBC
As nothing else changed exceot the reset I feel that I need to change some setting or update some softare.
Question: Is the database updated in the strandard software update published on starsw.com?
What about the KEYS are they also updated?
I feel the problem is something quite basic. There is only one hotbird satellite in the receiver database is this correct?
I am desperate as I am living in Ukraine and the only english information I can get is from my Satellite receiver.
