trying to get my dish setup
but cant find sats have compass but dont know where to look Iam in north london

bought it with dish works ok but setups in slovak or russian; tv programs menu is
in english but cant understand how to to setup satlellite and lmb as its not english'
hope one of you lads can tell me how to get to the menu to change the language,
