Dear All,

I have spare receivers Starsat SR-x150D and Starsat SR-x130D and like to try upgrading the software and uploading image files, keys and view some scrambled channels on Hotbird available in Saudi Arabia. I have gone through some of the email on this topic but noted that those emails and replies were very old many of the links are also not working. Can some of the masters of this forum please spare some time and provide me step to step guide so that i can get some satisfactory result and success.

Many thanks for maintaining such a great website and forum.

Regards

Thank you for very timely advice.

But does this mean so much on internet about latest images files, keys are really not working.

Currently i have also noted so many controls by Orbit show time; they sell their own decoders/receiver along with card and combination can only effctively provide access to their channels.

Is card sharing with dream machine is effective way to acceess scrambled channels.

Sorry for so many questions and comments but i am courious and always thought they I will also get the privilage and satisfaction of accessing channels that are behind the vail of encryption.

Many thanks.

You have missed the boat by about 3 years for such luxuries, whilst some of Digit TV is still open on 1 deg West it could go dark any time soon.
Card sharing is frowned upon by many as it is so unreliable having said that there is a lot of information available on this forum for you to read however never offer or request shares on here nor do we allow discussion of the scum of the earth pay servers

What I understand, the option now available is search for remaining FTA before it turns dark.

The internet and forums comprises the information about opening decoded which was good three years back.

Is there any way i can increase the FTA channel count from hotbird. At present I have around 130 and 12 to 15 channels that are on scrambled also open in day time and some time in night.

Are there any other satellite that i can scan while using hotbird; i mean in close range of hotbird.

Can i get Intelsat 10 in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. What dish size and direction?

Where can i get TP details for Sirus and Hispasat for FTA.

Many thanks for your responses and sorry for too many inquiries

Regards
