hello ,
i have a starsat receiver model: SR-X2200 IR
my operating system is windows vista SP2 .
i connected my STB to my laptop with intel core2 duo CPU , via usb to rs232 serial cable. i installed the driver that came with this cable and everything is ok .
i dowloaded the appropriate software loader of this receiver and the flash file .bin
when trying to upgrade , this software was unable to detect the receiver. even i tried to turn off and on the receiver and follow the instructions but in vain
also i tried to change the com ports
i don't know what to do . maybe the sotware is not compatible with vista ??? or something else must me done ? i used 2 software which are : STBDownload(ver1.9.3) and DnUpMan
