Starsat SR-X2200 IR

Hey you guys... I bought a new receiver (Starsat SR-X2200 IR). I don’t know anything about it . I did some research and found out that its loader is called (DnUpMan). How can I use this loader? because it doesn’t seem to recognize my receiver. Is there any code that I need to enter using my remote to restart the receiver? Hope someone will find some answers foe me. Appreciate it

Thanks for help dude…the thing is DnUpMan tries to find the receiver and it keeps flipping between port 1 and 2. Meanwhile, the start button gets enabled. When I press it, I get to choose the port through which the data will be sent. When I do so, a message appears saying “Waiting the response of your receiver”. I try to restart my receiver by pressing the shut down button in my remote but nothing happens, as if the receiver and the computer aren’t connected at all O-no . What do you think?

The button on your remote will set it to stand by.
When the sw is ready for upload, rather try to switch off and on from the main button on the box.

Make sure the cable is ok.

It is not working man. i also checked the cable and there is nothing worng with it. i feel like there is a small piece of info missing. Anyways, thanks for the help dude ;)
