Starsat sr-x3500cuci super biss not working

Hello I have a problem with my starsat sr-x3500cuci super .I installed yesterday the latest software 3.63 after I search all chanells and I tried to open biss chanells rai asia , rai africa,fox serbia ,ntv turkey 42east,and its not working,I checked in biss key section the key are inside but I can"t open biss chanells .If somebody will help me I will appreciate .

As far as RAI International goes, it may take 2/3 minutes before the channel open. Biss keys for RAI International do not require a provider ID. In the ID list, you should have Known 10, Known 11, Known 12 etc. Just choose one of them and insert the keys.
Other keys may require to be updated.
Also make sure the scramble lock option is not enabled in the Parental Menu.

Thanks for your replay but I am talking for BISS channels not BISS provider.
