I am also having problems upgrading my 2004 super ci, i cannot get the buc file to load, I am running arioner 0.24 but keep getting download fail. Any ideas?

I have startrack 2004 super with usb. The site mentioned in the product note to download software for video link is dead. I need help. Can anyone tell from where I can get this please.

Software version: $STKA4768S841SKVn
Database Version: 00000209
Boot Version: 0016.1
Sky Version: 2080

Does the receiver need upgrading? I have downloaded the following files from the www.starsw.com site ...Upgradefor-2004Super+2004CI.zip and buc-file-26.08.zip

Can somebody pls give me brief bullet points about how to proceed.
