PROBLEM FIXED.. THANKS 
I have lost my channels and can not do a auto search. (I think I am missing something basic but not sure what)
First I have updated my software and installed the latest download from www.starsw.com (Dated Sept 11, 2006) for my model.
Information settings are:
Model: 2100CE
Software Version: $STKA6800S841CNpnc
Database version: 00008209
Bootversion 017:1 [STKS841CN]
My problem exisited prior to my down load but it happened when I switched off the Set box from the rear switch. When I powered back on all my channels where nissing and the system had been reset. I now have no channels.
Previously I could view BBC World and FTA channels on Hotbird.
Now hotbird is showing a poor signal on the Anntenna Setting before it was strong.
I can not perform an automatic search or most likely it can not find any channels.
Am I missing something basic can anyone assist?
I have reloaded the software and even gone back to the previous vesrion but no success. I am now on the latest version.
Could the problem be with the Database? Do I need some local offset information. I am based in Ukraine and the Sat is my only contact with English channels.
Any assitance urgently required.
