Startrack World In Box I Problems with upgrading

Hi

I have a world-in-box I that seems to have lost all it's memory. I have upgraded lots of these boxes in the past without a problem. But this box has me completely stumped. I cannot download the latest upgrade to it & when i go in through the games menu all i get is tetris & blockout. No Edit key so i cannot go in and key the keys in manually either. I have tried to reset the factory settings to no avail. What if anything can i do about it.

Press menu , now the antenne settings bar will be lighted .
Then press 19370 on the remote then the receiver ask
you for four numbers .
Then push 2486

now go to the game option.

is there any different between star track world in box and star track world in box 1
if you have any use full information?
