<li data-xf-list-type="ol">The DVR keeps crashing and rebooting on its own.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">The controls are so sluggish. When I rewind/forward during a program the DVR just freezes!</li>

<li data-xf-list-type="ol">There is USB cable to download recorded programs. You also also upload mpg/mp3/jpg/games</li>
</ol>Looks the Korean makers (kaon media) did not do any QA and our freinds at Dish TV India just started selling it. If they did some research they would have found that the DVR is a matured technology (TiVO has been around forever now) and they could have gone for a better product.The model that they are shipping now is kaonmedia KSC-N620H2MCO. Hopefully they will get the bugs fixed in the next software upgrade.-ik</blockquote>
