I have a Dreamax dt470. I pun in it the commander soft ad hi' dead.
Can I reprograme it?

If you have the original firmware backup (or look for it from the mfg website), or the one that was on the receiver when you did the update, then try to update with a null modem cable (or the recommended updating method) and hopefully your box will be alive again. :)
