strange issue 28.2e - quad lnb

i have 4 cables from QUAD LNB - 2 going into a kitchen STB (dual tuner), 2 going into lounge STB (dual tuners) - same ZGEMMA units.

kitchen unit is fine
lounge however, if i goto talking pictures on Tuner A - no signal, however, if i goto bbc one hd it has a 19db signal (still on tuner A). If i then hit record, and then go to Talking Pictures forcing the signal to switch to tuner B - then Talking Pictures is fine.

Wtf ?

I thought about polarity V \ H - but talking pictures is V and so is bbc1 hd

cant be signal, or i wouldnt be getting 19db on bbc one hd - on Tuner A

LNB fault ???

Have you tried switching the receivers round, to confirm where the problem lies?

No I havent. I used my sat meter on both connections and both connections showed talking pictures TV no problem at 12db ish....so has to be my STB ....gonna reflash it but very odd

Reflash and channel rescan sorted it . Very odd
