I'm getting the 1.2 gibertini in a few weeks time and was thinking about trying it on C band as I've already got the offset feed from when I experimented with it last summer. I can already receive 10, 20 and 40E on my 1.2PF but anything else is blocked due to trees so with my Ku arc clear to 68.5E am I likely to see anything else with a 1.2m offset?

To be honest Paul ...I doubt it ..but you never know till you try ..
In fact I'm surprised you get enough on your 1.2 pf to get a lock on Startimes @ 10 East ...
Those muxs being the only constant in C on 10E ..
I barely lock a couple of of 'em on the 1.8

That said ...you might have more success than me down the lower end of the arc ...
I can only get as low as 62 East ...but the occasional feeds from Winners TVRO (encypted) on 62E ..should be possible on a 1.2...
Sadly Yamal @ 49 East ..is one I've never seen ..as its behind the troublesome tree ...so I can't comment on how strong the signals from this bird are ..
good luck and let us know ..

Thanks guys, before I put it up I'll spend some time making a decent bracket for the offset feed so I can easily swap over LNBs. I'll report back once it's up and running. Oh to be able to get a 1.8 in the Ku dish location lol
