Strong STR 4355 Remote

A friend of mine got Strong STR 4355 satellite receiver but without a remote.
Any idea where to get the original remote or any universal remote that can work with this model?
The manufacturer website doesn't list this model, even in the discontinued section.
Need the user manual as well.

I got him a user manual and suggested to him to use the buttons on the box to do a new installation, without the remote.
There is Menu, Exit, Left, Right, Up and Down buttons.
But the odd thing is that there is a request to input the PIN number, but without the remote it is not possible to do this.
Is there any way to override this in the meantime until a remote is bought?

there is no way to input numbers witout a remote -
i got a strong 4375 a while ago -- no original remote --
but it had with it a -Gemini - G310S - 3 device universal remote
which worked o.k. for 95% of the functions -- although it took a while to get used to "which" button worked "what"
the same remote -- on the same setup code worked ok on a
Strong 4155 Evolution which i also recently bought without a remote

I got information where to get original remote for STR 4355 costs 10 euro plus shipment so my friend is going to order it.

hi - using a e mail adress i got from member -- HB13DISH --
i contacted " strong " but the remotes for 4375 are no longer available ---

A -- Gemini G3105 - 3 device universal remote will work on the 4375 -- using code 545 -- you will need to re label some of the buttons on the remote until you get used to the layout -- but it will do practicaly all the menu functions --
