A friend of mine has a supermax fta 9900+ Can anyone tell me a website where I can download the loader and patches and softcams?

I have downloaded the file for the supermax 9900 and it contains the following:-
BootMake_SuperMax_IS_VE_FTA_ A029.hex
SMME_FT9900 SUPER_INF613b090506 MO20.00.hex
Softcam.key
PCLink2.0i User.exe

I have figured out that the exe file is used to link the pc with the box. Also, the softcam.ket contains all the keys to open channels. I was expecting just one more file to update the software on the box. Can anyone explain to me what the other 2 files are for?
