Help Required SX88 4K UHD FTP problems

Sorry for needing help again.
I am trying to put oscam into the oscam.server:
I have tried 192.168.*.*.8888 and 192.168.*.*.80
Tried FTP with filezilla username root pqd sky1122 -
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Tried to telnet with putty same user ID connected but could only use the help command for a list of commands I have no idea what to do with.
Can anybody help this poor brain fogged pensioner?

Hmm. After posting that I tried WinSCP and got through first time on 192.168.*.*.21 username root pwd root.
Thanks for reading and sorry to waste people's time.

Just for reminder: remember that FTP ports are always 20 and 21 as standard.
