If it's like LBC appeared to be, the only thing I can see on Arabsat is Sunna TV HD Saudi Arabia on 12693H. That frequency doesn't match in the same way LBC did.The beacon is different now, it seems stable at a low level (~25dB below it's original power) and slant polarised but with a very poor null (~7dB ).
