t-888 receiver

i have technosat t-888 digital receiver.please tell me the software name . and the site where i can be able to update my receiver.www.technosat-uae.com has not listed my receiver.i have opened the www.dsrsoftware.com which has my receiver software to upgrade but site requires the username and password,how should i give password ,the site has not given registration form. please reply me i have spent so much time for my receiver. please do not disappoint me. thanks a lot

i see about 100 pay channels free on hotbird with my receiver T-888.can i see other hotbird pay channels like this? why 9pic option in my receiver shows the locked channels ? is this a fault ,if so can it be repaired please tell me thanks a lot.
