Good news..
But, I looked at the site,it is not mentioned that they support NS3-4..

Maybe I miss something!!

6 satellite receivers,2 Meters,9 PC cards(tbs6983,6903,6590,6504,6522,6209,2603,6909X,6903X,6902se,skystar hd2),2 tuners usb-tbs5927 & tbs5925,Skystar HD.

No,and indeed does not support NS3/NS4,this being the property of Novelsat.
Fortunately @CrazyCat has provided support for the reception of satellite,cable and terrestrial.On this occasion,I want to thank him for that and the fact that he supports unconditionally our passion of dxrs!

It says those cards supports DVB-S2X, is there any broadcast to test it?
Can those cards lock Newtec tp at 5W?

I don't think they can see Newtec either, this is a proprietary system as well! However something is telling me that the Newtec days are soon to be over!
