technomate tm-7655 2va receiver not starting

I have a technomate tm-7655 2va receiver, last four months we had problem with the receiver signal sensor because we weren’t able to change channel using the remote. I tried using another remote from neighbours and it did not work so I found out it has fault with receiver.
Friend of mine had the same receiver but he had problem with power supply so I took mine out and fitted on his. When I tested the receiver ; the red off light kept blinking and nothing happened.
So then I decided to go back to my system and fitted back my power supplier slot and now my timer “:” kept blinking and did nothing. Then some time the red light and time colon kept blinking.

I was unable solve the problem, if anyone had this problem please let me know
