Technomate Tm-7755, I'm going MAD!!!!

Hi Everyone,
Been a while since my last post, but I am in need of some help PLEASE!!
I purchased a second hand Technomate TM-7755 and I would like to update the software & cas data to Nagra 2...is this poss?
If so how do I access the info...I am not being lazy, I have had a look at the help forums and the Technomate site, but I'm doing something wrong and now I am going around in circles and getting more confused.
A few Q's.
What software do I need on my laptop?
How do I get the laptop to recognise the box? Ihave a rs 232 cable with a usb connector.
Then waht do I do?
A little generic, I know, but I really am cracking up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated or any tutorials.

Hi,

You are wasting your time for a few reasons. Nagra 2 is finished, so there's not much left on it, as Nagra 3 is now being used. Also your receiver is so old that there is no unofficial support for it.

But if you merely want to update it for the latest software, what ever that may be, then you just need the 'loader' software, and the firmware file on your PC, then load it to the receiver using the RS232 lead. I expect that the loader is on the TM website.

For official packages with official card you may not have a problem though, if your receiver has a CAM slot.
