terminating unused legs

hi all been using a labgear 8 way distribution amp it comes with a 75 ohm terminator for use with the full power outlet .if the terminator is left out and no tv is connected there is a big drop in signal level to all the other 8 outputs .now to the Q do all unused outlets on distribution amps what ever the make have to be teminated.

The full output is essential, but although it is good practice to terminate the others, it normally will make little or no significant difference on modern amps.
