the loss of channels

HI I live in north germany and in the last few weeks myself and most of my british friends have lost the bbc, itv and disney channels on sky.
CAN ANYONE HELP?

Have you tried turning the lnb slightly??? The channels you refer to are on Astra 2D and the signals from this satellite are weaker in Europe therefore the position of the LNB has to be precise.

Thanks for your reply but have tried moving the dish but i still cant get both the signal strenth and signal quaility level and they were a few week ago

I don't mean turn the dish, just rotate the lnb (skew) which should increase your reception of the Astra 2D channels.
Are you seeing the other channels (Astra 2a and ok??
What size is your dish and what other equipment are you using???

hi a panasonic box about 5 years old a thomson 80cm dish new
have tried turning the line to no effect
i get all the other channels ok
