Can a tit card and a MReloaded CAM clear Taquilla on Hispasat 1 deg. West. If so what file can one load on the tit card. And if the tit card cannot do it what CAMs are there that can do it now. Anybody know plse.

Taq's are open in S2 on 19.2E, but on Hispasat, they are in N2 Alladin, which is secure.
