Good and you've definitely found the problem, but, TBH, 70% Signal Quality is still a wee bit low! I live in W. London and have just checked the strength and quality of the signal on my old (it's around 10 yrs old and still going strong) DRX895 SKY HD receiver from the 60cm dish I & my neighbour lashed up on the garden fence some weeks ago to cover the period when there's scaffolding on his property for his roof extension to be built (as that blocks my original 60cm dish on our conservatory roof). That's giving me about 80%SS & 90% SQ on one tuner and 90% & 90% on the other one, which is nearly as good as I've ever managed to get it using this receiver. Therefore, whilst your is almost certainly correctly aligned direction-wise because the strength is 100%, the quality of the signal is probably low because the "skew" (angle) setting of the new LNB in the dish holder/clamp is not quite correct - the LNB should be tilted about 7 degrees off the vertical and "leaning" to the Righthand side when viewed from the outer end of the feedarm that supports the LNB clamp on the dish. Thus, should you feel so inclined, another trip up the ladder with a screwdriver should enable you to improve the quality a bit more with a few minutes work!
