How do i use the TMB file together with my Infinity USB Phoenix and Nokia 9802S?

I have read the file that comes with the file but i doesent makle me much smarter...

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.
My Location
Berkshire
You need a titaunium card fro that file, it is also only suitable for certain CAMs and receivers, there should be a list in the file readme.
