How can i view scramled channels i n hotbird satellite. I am using eurostar 9700 receiver ?there is any need of adding software to view these channels,if so how can i do it. Waiting for reply?

hey i am in sudan and i also have eurostar 9700 receiver or techno sat T-888 plus. I was wondering if you can fill me in on all this loading keys onto your software? it would be of much appretiation.
