Bought myself a Netgem i-Player mainly for tv based emails, and thought sod it I'll buy a top-up tv cam and card.
Inside the Top Up Tv Starter Pack was a voucher for £70 cash back if you sign up to tele2.
Basically they (Top Up) give you £20 straight away and £50 at the end of 12 months.
Tele2's Standard package seems slightly cheaper than my one-tel package apart from weekend calls are free on one-tel and 4p for an hour.
As I have just bought a "3" phone with 500 minutes per month, I think the landline is not going to be used.
So I can have a years worth of top-up tv for £37.89 (£7.99 per month less £50, the £20 covers the connection fee)
p.s. I have Sky Plus as well and top up tv is a rip!
