Toro Rosso have lost their appeal against Vitantonio Liuzzi's penalty at last month's Japanese Grand Prix. It means that Spyker's Adrian Sutil keeps the point he scored at the Fuji race. Liuzzi originally took eighth place, ahead of Sutil. However, stewards subsequently added 25 seconds to his race time for overtaking under yellow flags...
