My Satellite Setup
Sony KLV26HG2 LCD TV, Humax HD-CI 2000 on a Fixed Sky/Astra/Hotbird.
Cerebro Card. Infinity USB Phonix. Dragon Cam v4.1 w/Firecrypt & Loader Card.
My Location
London UK
Please can you direct me or tell of which satellites are can be picked up from a motersied 1 metre dish from London UNITED KINGDOM. Also are all BBC channels and FTA channels on Astra 28.2 viewable through a non sky box.?

In south west UK I can pick up most from seasat to pas 3r, except arabsat and nilesat and the nordic channels on sirius. Yes, bbc and fta channels on 28.2e can be picked up easily.

I don't think Nilesat could be received by an antenna less than 3 meter.

You would need a big antenna for nilesat, I have trouble on a 4.5M

East Coast near Harwich/Felixstowe. Nilesat on 85cm and 98cm watchable duriung daytime if clearsky and sunny, first sign of precipitation Nilesat goes first then Arabsat. Clear sky at night Nilesat and Arabsat romp in, obviously slightly better on 98cm dish, Golden interstar 0.3dB lnb's, Coship CDVB2300A/Technomate 500DA/Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra receivers. Once again heavy cloud or signs of rain signal goes
