A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Can somebody provide the specifications for the above ?

Thanks in advance

looks like it's the one virgin have used for splitting a cable feed to large properties, line powered and relatively low gain, so probably low noise as well.

Thanks and yes, I am hoping for a low noise throughout (though the true specifications are missing from all places that have data on the product)

I'm upgrading a client's property with satellite and terrestrial to four points, the Virgin stuff was left by the last houseowner and if the Tratec does what I think it does, it will serve me well for a couple of projects where I'm not connecting UHF stuff.

If your thinking about a common feed to all points, it won't do too well on satellite as it looks to cut off at a gigahertz.

85 MHz to 1 GHz, with a reverse amp at 5- to 65 MHz , with unity gain both ways is all I can find on it.

Cant even get their web site to come up.

From a couple of searches tonight it looks like the nearest product is the HDU-400, difference on paper seems to be the DC power supply requirement.

Still can't find the specification though.

Well, it was all seven years ago ......

Well, if you look at nazarij36 post, precisely the second part of quote in that post, then you realize it has injected an ad. Usually there should be link too but not this time or it was (auto)removed. The answer is most likely AI. And nazarij36 is probably bot.

In Estonia we had and still sometimes have this kind of obscured ads in forum posts. So moderators should always expand quotes and compare quote with original.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Personally I have not seen this kind of spam injection before. The spam bot has been banned and we will keep an eye on quotations in posts in future.

Interesting. It's increasingly the case that things are not what at first they seem :(
