Trex cam n sly

Hi i bought a trex cam with predator 2.22 software and was told that it would clear sly with official card but haveing problems as cam will not recognize card
i have entered serial number from sly box on to cam but same thing any help would be well appreciated

I don't think Predator 2.22 had the option for S*y, try updating to a later version of Predator, 3.4x should work.

And normally the card goes in chip up with a CAM, rather than chip down with your Sky box (just in case you were unaware).
