There's still a fair few countries, mostly in the developing world, that still have at least some TV broadcasts in analogue.
Off the top of my head, many parts of Central & Latin America inc. a few Caribbean islands, some parts of sub-Saharan Africa (there's still an analogue TV transmitter in Algeria broadcasting RASD at a refugee camp), Indonesia is
in the process of closing its analogue transmissions and should be finished by the end of the year as well as some Asian countries - getting concrete information is not easy. Also, in the Atlantic Ascension Island & Tristan Da Cunha still have BBC & ITV relayed via analogue with the source coming via BFBS - OTOH St. Helena has no analogue TV broadcasts but does have a subscription DVB-T service provided by Sure communications.
In Europe, Bosnia Herzegovina & Kosovo might still have some analogue TV transmissions going, but I'm not certain of that. Also I think there are some analogue TV broadcasts still going on in Russia, mainly local broadcasters that were not part of the original DSO plan at the end of the last decade.
