The DVB card is the spectrum analyser. It is pretty accurate. I put it on two dishes in two different places. I will test (weekend) soemtime with a wet cloth in front of the LNB. The spikes are pretty stable in frequency. That is a good test. I will perform it during the weekend. However, I am pretty sure this is not interference. Yes, I thought of that. Makes no difference. I tried both on and off. At least my cheap chinese C-Band LNB does its job well, which shows that not everything made in China is bad. The problem is the following: the factories which produce the good stuff for some customer also sell the rejects and/or make some addiitonal batches without much queality control and then also sell that. You get what you pay for. I once visited an electronics super market in Shenzhen where you could by all kinds of components and devices in bulk. That was interesting. I bought a few drones, which turned out to be crap (and cheap). I was looking for something else but never found it. If you ever visit Shenzhen, then you will find that in pure chinese tradition there is a local Eifel tower, the Egyptian pyramids, Taj Mahal etc. all conveniently located in one place. Much cheaper than a trip around the world. All of this was pre-covid and now times have changed.
