I live in Norway, got a M-II card, and are wondering if theres any posibility i can get TV Tokyo on my nokia reciever.

i allready know im a noob, so please don't spam with "omg noob why are you asking such stupid questions"

None whatsoever - TV Tokyo doesnt broadcast into Europe. However, JSTV does, it on the Hotbirds at 13E, meaning you would need some extra equipment.

If you live in South Norway and have a 5m dish , the NHK package is receivable from 68.5 East.
