I don't think the English teams can feel hard done by with that, even United's group is very do-able (just ask Roma 
).
The Scots have an uphill struggle though, Rangers will have to play like men possessed to get out of that group!
And it may well have escaped your attention that Group G is the only group where all 4 teams are the reigning domestic champions: Inter (Serie A), PSV (Eredivisie), CSKA Moscow (Russian Premier League), Fenerbahce (Super Lig).
